The digital home for an authorised Dr. Fixit dealer and the BCL Graffiato brand — catalogue, nationwide delivery, training, and admin.
Six departments were selling through WhatsApp catalogues. Stock, delivery rules, and training bookings lived in different places.
A store covering waterproofing, flooring, epoxy, Graffiato, decorative paints, and tools, with delivery across all 16 regions, training reservations, and an admin for products, orders, and content.

The shop reads as one brand. Orders and training sit next to the catalogue instead of in chat threads.
What we learned
A merchant with many departments needs the catalogue to do the explaining. Delivery rules have to match how they already sell.
