1. Who we are

Fablarr Tech is a web and software company based in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit fablarr.com or work with us.

2. What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information when you use the site.

• Enquiry and project details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project type, timeline, budget range, and the message you send.
• Newsletter: your email address, an optional name, and your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referrer, and time on page. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel run only if you accept analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and reports aggregate page views.
• Server logs: IP address, request time, browser, and requested page, used for security and troubleshooting.

Please do not send special category data, such as health details or government ID numbers, through the contact form.

3. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To deliver, manage, and support project work.
• To send blog updates if you subscribe.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Depending on the situation, we rely on:

• Consent for analytics cookies and the newsletter.
• Contract to deliver services you have asked for.
• Legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, running the company, and keeping the site secure.
• Legal obligation for records we must keep.

5. Sharing and processors

We use service providers to run the site and the company. They process data on our instructions:

• Supabase for the database that stores enquiries and newsletter subscribers.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Vercel for hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Google Analytics 4 for site analytics, only after you accept.
• Meta Pixel for ad measurement, only after you accept.

We may also share information with professional advisers, payment providers, or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside Ghana, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure the transfer has appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

• Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then deleted or anonymised.
• Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics.
• Financial and legal records are kept for the period required by law.

8. Security

We limit access to personal data and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the site.

9. Your rights

Under Act 843, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or ask us to restrict processing. To make a request, email info@fablarr.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
