What we do

AI Automation

Hours back every week.

01 / Who it's for

The right fit.

Best for: teams with repeatable, high-volume work who need a tested workflow with human approval, not a chatbot demo.

  • Teams drowning in repetitive support and inbox work
  • Operators who want AI workflows with named approval steps
  • Companies ready to automate a process without losing quality
  • Leaders who need a measured pilot before scaling across teams

02 / The business problem

What this fixes.

Manual processes create bottlenecks, inconsistent replies, and rising costs as volume grows. The useful automation is a defined workflow with a trigger, a draft, an approval step, and a record of what happened — not an AI agent left alone with the inbox.

03 / What's included

The work in the build.

These are the parts we plan, build, test, and hand over.

  • Workflow discovery and a baseline for volume, time, and cost
  • One prioritised workflow with a measurable outcome
  • Trigger, data, and exception mapping
  • AI drafting or classification where it adds value
  • Human approval rules and escalation paths
  • CRM, inbox, WhatsApp, or internal-tool integration
  • Guardrails, permissions, and logging
  • Test cases and failure handling
  • Staff training and an operator runbook
  • Monitoring and a post-launch improvement cycle
  • A usage-cost estimate for model and API calls

04 / At handover

What you receive.

Access and ownership are listed in the scope before work starts. The handover is not complete until accounts, credentials, and responsibilities are clear.

  • The live workflow and a documented trigger map
  • Prompts, tools, and approval rules
  • Integration access owned by your organisation
  • Test cases and an operator runbook
  • Monitoring dashboard access
  • A usage-cost schedule
  • Training and a prioritised improvement backlog

05 / Timeline & process

From first call to launch.

Typical timeline

2–8 weeks for a focused pilot. Multi-team rollouts phase after the pilot proves the outcome.

How projects work

  1. 01

    Discovery and scope

We agree the outcome, users, requirements, timeline, and investment before design starts.

  2. 02

    Plan and design

We map the sitemap or workflow, then agree the design direction, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Build and review

Development runs in milestones. You review the agreed checkpoints, not a surprise at the end.

  4. 04

    Test and launch

We test devices, forms, payments, speed, security, and the handover steps before go-live.

  5. 05

    Grow and support

After launch, choose a care plan, search retainer, or improvement queue. None are bundled into the build fee.

What we need from you

The inputs that keep a project moving.

  • One decision-maker who can approve scope, design, and launch.
  • Final content, brand assets, and access by the agreed dates.
  • Consolidated feedback at each review checkpoint.
  • Access to existing systems, accounts, and third-party suppliers.

06 / Scope & extras

What is not included.

Clear scope now prevents a change-request conversation later.

Outside the base scope

  • Unlimited workflow volume
  • Model or API usage costs
  • Third-party software licences
  • Replacing staff judgment on regulated or high-risk decisions
  • New workflows outside the pilot scope
  • Ongoing monitoring outside a care plan

Optional extras

  • Additional workflows
  • Model and API cost optimisation
  • Staff training blocks
  • Deeper CRM integration
  • Model selection review
  • A quarterly automation review

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before work starts. Optional extras are never added silently.

07 / Ongoing support

Care after launch.

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates, and ongoing support are not included in the build fee. They belong to a care plan, quoted after launch so the boundary is clear.

Systems Care

Best for: Apps, portals, and e-commerce with live transactions, integrations, or business-critical data.

  • Database and infrastructure monitoring
  • Incident response process
  • Security review cadence
  • Backup and restore testing
  • Integration checks for payments, email, forms, and APIs
  • Monthly product improvement session
  • Defined support hours and emergency-contact rules

Response target

Priority triage during agreed business hours, with an emergency path for critical incidents.

Maintenance keeps the existing system secure, available, and working. New pages, features, integrations, redesigns, and major content production are quoted separately.

Next step

Which repeatable job should stop eating the week?

Describe the work as it happens today — who receives it, what they decide, and where it goes next. We will tell you whether it is a good pilot.
